A Personalized, Multi-Technique Approach
Every patient is different, which is why chiropractic care should never follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I combine a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, extremity adjusting, soft-tissue work, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise, to create care plans based on each patient’s individual needs, presentation, and goals.
By using multiple approaches rather than relying on a single technique, I can tailor treatment to what is most appropriate for the patient at that time. The goal is not simply to provide an adjustment, but to improve joint function, movement, strength, and overall musculoskeletal health while helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
Techniques
Gonstead
A specific chiropractic approach that uses detailed analysis and precise adjustments to improve joint function, mobility, and overall movement.
Extremity
Chiropractic care for joints outside the spine, including the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles, to help improve mobility and function.
Diversified
A hands-on chiropractic technique using controlled manual adjustments to improve joint motion, mobility, alignment, and overall musculoskeletal function.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Hands-on techniques used to address muscle tension, restricted movement, and soft-tissue dysfunction that may be contributing to pain or limited mobility.
Activator
A gentle, instrument-assisted technique that delivers a quick, low-force impulse to specific joints, making it a comfortable option for patients who prefer a lighter approach.
Corrective Exercises
Personalized exercises designed to improve strength, stability, mobility, and movement patterns while supporting recovery and long-term function.
